I am pleased to announce the winners of the Body Transformation Challenge III: Team Challenge. Congratulations to all our winners. It was a very close competition. Your results have been the best that BTC has ever seen! You guys have inspired me tremendously. I know it took a lot of hard work and dedication to achieve the results that you did. You guys have a lot to be proud of.

Wow, congratulations to everybody who completed this challenge. This was one of the best challenges yet and everybody had a tremendous transformation. Thanks to Tola for establishing another successful BTC.
Big shout out to my team--Hard Ninety!! Each one of us competed hard. Rick and Melinda did an outstanding job with their workouts and diet regime. Ana was spectacular with her dedication and motivation. This team challenge made it difficult for an individual to 'slack' off because the results would directly affect the team. The sum of the parts combined are greater than the whole.
I am humbled and honor to have won the individual competition. Everybody had amazing results! I will represent the BTC establishment with great pride. This forum is a wonderful community. Hopefully we all can meet and celebrate our accomplishments.
We all proved that exceptional body transformation is possible as long as you have the goal, commitment, and dedication. There's no 'magical' pill. Through the struggles and tribulations, success is that much sweeter.
Enjoy the summer and see everybody for the next challenge--BTC IV.
